Terms of Service
By accessing www.solfilmsfl.com, submitting an inquiry, or engaging the video production and photography services of Justo Peña, sole proprietor doing business as Solfilms, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services
Solfilms provides video production, photography, livestream, 360 virtual tours, drone footage, and related multimedia services. All bookings are subject to availability, consultation, and a signed contract.
2. Inquiries and Proposals
Submissions through our inquiry form are requests for information and a proposal. A formal quote is prepared after consultation and scope review. Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise in writing.
3. Booking and Payment
- • A deposit is required to reserve your shoot date or event.
- • Deposit amount and payment terms are specified in your individual contract.
- • Balance is due per the schedule outlined in your signed agreement.
- • Accepted payment methods are specified in the contract.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your booking contract. We work in good faith on reasonable changes, but refund eligibility is determined by the contract terms and cancellation date.
5. Communications
By providing your contact details, you agree that Justo Peña (d/b/a Solfilms) may contact you by phone or email regarding your inquiry and project. SMS messages are sent only when you provide the relevant SMS opt-in consent. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including SMS opt-in, opt-out, and frequency.
5a. SMS Text Messaging Terms & Consent
By checking an SMS consent checkbox on our contact form at www.solfilmsfl.com/contact, you provide your express written consent to receive the specific category of SMS text messages described next to that checkbox from Justo Peña (d/b/a Solfilms) at the phone number you provided. Marketing SMS consent is requested separately from project-related SMS consent.
Types of Messages
Project-related SMS: inquiry follow-ups, quote delivery, booking confirmations, shoot reminders, schedule updates, and project coordination. Marketing SMS: portfolio announcements, project highlights, new services, seasonal specials, and promotional offers. Marketing SMS requires a separate optional opt-in.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Typically 1–5 messages per month, with more frequent messages possible during active project coordination.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Solfilms does not charge any fee for SMS messages we send.
Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from Solfilms. You will receive a one-time confirmation, and no further messages will be sent.

No Third-Party Sharing
Justo Peña (d/b/a Solfilms) does not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We will not share mobile contact information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent Not Required for Purchase
Consent to receive SMS text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Solfilms. You may contact us by email or phone without opting in to SMS.

6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
All content on our website — videos, photography, designs, copy — is the property of Solfilms or our collaborators. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use our portfolio content without written permission. Usage rights for your project deliverables are specified in your signed contract.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided "as is." We work to deliver high-quality results, but final deliverables depend on factors beyond our control (weather, lighting, venue conditions, client direction). All warranties and guarantees are specified in your individual contract.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solfilms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for that specific project.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
